I’m Maddie.
How’s it goin’? Nice to meet you! I’m an Art Director & Graphic Designer located in Manch Vegas, New Hampshire. I have over 11 years of experience in the creative marketing industry and worked in some amazing places including New York City, Burlington, Vermont and Boston. I have an outgoing, competitive spirit, so I’ve been lucky enough to work at companies that align with those values; Major League Baseball, Burton Snowboards, Select Design, Skillet Creative, Bauer Hockey and most recently, GYK Antler. Through all of those amazing opportunities, I’ve been able to gain experience in all areas spanning the design spectrum from technical print production, digital, video, animation, content strategy, web design, art direction, photography, to high-level creative direction. And most of all, I absolutely love working on a team and will do whatever it takes to create a positive, engaging environment for my team-mates to flourish.

My Style
I love working on a team. I value teamwork and collaboration more than anything.
I believe that creative can be elevated by pushing the boundaries of design; working and re-working over and over again. I’m not afraid of “do it over”.
Information, data, and consumer insights can help guide the design; so tell me about it. I ask questions; I want to know more, I want to know it all.
There is immeasurable power in collaboration and brainstorming. Bringing other ideas & thoughts together can make a design that much better than it was before.
I love playing “devil’s advocate.” It makes me consider all perspectives.
I always have an answer for, “why did you do that?”
I believe design is more than a pretty thing - it should solve a problem. Does it?
I ask myself the question: ‘is it ever done?’ There comes a point when you can’t fuck with it anymore; then it’s done.
I swear a lot. I like it.
I’m passionate, driven, competitive, outspoken, a little wild, and I love what I do.
