In personal and work life, I always bring the passion; whether it be rooting for
the underdog, or pitching a client. Excitement drives me and I’ll bring that to our team, everyday. I don’t give up - even when I found out I was dead last, going into T-2 at my first Olympic Tri; I still went out for the 6.2. Those moments teach you a lot about yourself, which, in turn, ultimately pushes you forward.

Trying something new can be risky and daunting; but I never want to hold myself back to only live in that “what if” world. Even if it crashes and burns, it’s worth a shot. Positivity flows through my veins, but my Virgo sign keeps it real. Whenever the team needs a boost; I’ll be there to push us along.

I’ve had some very special people in my work-life that treated me like a
regular human being; not some worker drone. It means so much to me to be understanding, compassionate, and empathetic. Some may say that’s “soft”, but I’ve seen it in action; creating trust and therefore, motivating the team.

Mr. Benji Franklin holds a quote that I keep in my office: “Well done is better than well said.” I may have some wild ideas, and they might sound great swirling up in the air. But, when it comes time to getting something done - that’s when the real magic happens. There’s nothing like putting pen to paper and seeing the idea come to life. Tangible is underrated.
